Shipping 

To ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of your wine we use a combination of couriers for our deliveries. Shipping costs vary depending on the state we are shipping too and are outlined below:

SA-$9/case
NSW/VIC/ACT-$18/case
QLD/WA-$20/case
TAS/NT-$25/case

​Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within two business days. Shipping times are between 3 and 10 business days depending on your location.

We ship  Australia wide however we are not currently able to offer international delivery.
Please note that alcohol must be delivered:
  • to the adult who placed the order (include their name in the instructions)
  • to another adult at the delivery address who can accept the order on behalf of the person who placed the order
  • If the delivery is made on a day after the day the order is taken, or the sale was made online, in accordance with the customer's instructions (such as delivery to another address or an unoccupied address).
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Refund & Return Policy

Should you receive a product that appears to have been damaged in transit you can:

1.      Refuse to accept delivery of the product and demand the delivery company “Return the product to Sender”. We will then either:
provide you with replacement product if available;
provide you with an alternate product of your choice from our range to the total value of the damaged product; or
provide you with a full refund.

2.      If you have already accepted delivery and then notice the product has been damaged during transit, we will either:
provide you with replacement product if available;
provide you with an alternate product of your choice from our range to the total value of the damaged product; or
provide you with a refund to the value of the damaged product.

3      Should you receive a product that is different to the one you ordered, we will either
pay for the return of the product and provide you with the correct product if available
refund the difference in value if the received product is of lower value than the ordered product; or
pay for the return of the product and provide you with a full refund.
